Bookings

Tour planning

Payments

Cancellations
Cancellations made at least 14 days before the scheduled tour date can be changed or cancelled without charge. Cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled tour date will be charged the full tour amount.
No-show
If guests do not appear at the agreed meeting point at the scheduled time, the tour will be considered cancelled and the full tour amount will be charged.
Opening hours and availability
Museum opening hours, monuments, and site availability may occasionally change without notice. If a location is closed or unavailable on the day of the tour, the itinerary may be adjusted accordingly.
